Yes. The plugin ships as a zip file you upload via WordPress > Plugins > Add new. After activation a welcome page appears that guides you through entering your license key, basic settings and your first configurator. A clear PDF manual is included.
WordPress 6.0 and higher. PHP 8.0 or higher is required. WooCommerce 8.0 or higher is required because the configurator integrates with the WooCommerce cart and checkout.
In most cases yes. The plugin works independently of your theme by using its own page template for the configurator. Issues sometimes arise with very heavy page builders or themes that override WooCommerce hooks. Send us your theme name and we'll check before you order.
The license is tied to your domain name. The 1-site package allows one production domain. The 3-sites package allows three domains. Test environments and staging copies don't count.
You receive a renewal reminder by email two weeks before expiration. If you renew, everything continues. If you don't renew, the plugin keeps working but you no longer receive updates or support. There is no automatic billing.
Yes. Contact us with the old and new domain name and we'll transfer the license. This is free as long as it stays the same shop.
Yes. If the plugin doesn't work as promised in the first two weeks, you get the full purchase price back, no questions asked.
Yes. The plugin is built on top of WooCommerce. The configurator generates a regular WooCommerce order so all your existing payment, shipping and tax setup keeps working.
Yes. You can link a configurator group to a WooCommerce product attribute (color, trim, engine, etc.) and the plugin shows the actual variations of that product as options. Stock and price stay in sync with WooCommerce.
Yes, both are supported out of the box. You can configure the iDEAL in3 instalment percentages and the SprayPay monthly factor yourself. The amounts are calculated live as the customer makes choices.
The admin and customer-facing texts are available in Dutch and English. The plugin is compatible with WPML and Polylang for multilingual sites.
Yes, fully responsive. On desktop the summary sits in a sidebar, on mobile it pins to the bottom of the screen as the customer scrolls.
The configurator loads only on the configurator page, not on every page of your site. Assets are loaded on demand. We've tested with LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket and FlyingPress with no issues.
There is no hard limit. Practically, configurators work best with 3 to 7 steps and groups of 2 to 8 options each. Longer setups still work but become harder for customers to navigate.
Yes. The group library lets you define a group once (for example a set of accessories) and reuse it on multiple products. Updating the group propagates the change everywhere.
Yes. Export the steps as JSON and import them on another product. The plugin includes a one-click "regenerate all IDs" function that prevents conflicts when copying between products with conditional logic.
Yes. Conditional logic lets you show or hide an option group based on earlier choices. For example: only show "trailer hitch options" if the customer chose a model that supports it.
Within one business day. Usually within a few hours during the day. We don't use ticketing systems, you simply email and you get a real reply from a real person.
Dutch and English. Support emails can be in either language.
